 TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

          Fees

 

  •  Most services are available on an hourly a la carte basis but may vary depending on the request. Please call for a quote. There is a minimum of one hour purchase. Additional minutes will be charged in 15 minute intervals. Charges begin at time of arrival at clients home or business and for the first 15 miles of travel.  Additional miles will be charged at the rate of .48/mile.  If clients home or business is in excess of 15 miles from the Can Do! office, a charge of .48 per additional mile will be incurred.
  • A monthly membership package can be purchased at a discounted rate with a minimum of 8 hours per month. 
  • Prices do not include the cost of the items and services purchased; for example, the cost of groceries, dry cleaning etc.  All services are prepaid by check, cash, or Pay Pal.   

     

     

    Our Vendors 

  •  Services not provided by Can Do! Concierge, Inc. will be provided by our network of vendors.  These vendors share the same commitment to quality and customer service that Can Do Concierge, Inc. does.  Clients will never pay more for a vendor recommended by us than if they contacted them directly themselves.  

     

     

    Payment

  • All monthly membership packages must be paid for up front by cash, personal check, or Paypal. Payment for a la carte services are due upon completion of service.
  • Any  prices listed by Can Do! Concierge, Inc. are for services rendered by Can Do! Concierge, Inc. and do not include charges for third party vendors or for merchandise purchased. Cost of any purchase is not included in hourly rate.
  • A major credit card will be held as a security upon request of services.
  • All unused package hours will roll over to the next month.
  • We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours, usually less.
  • We request that you provide at least 24 hours lead time on all requests.  We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible.
  • All requests deemed by Can Do! Concierge, Inc. as beyond the scope of an average request may incur additional charges.
  • Can Do Concierge, Inc. holds the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe, unlawful or ill intentioned.
  • Credit cards held as a security will not be charged unless the client fails to provide alternate method of payment upon completion of service.
  • Can Do! Concierge, Inc. reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
  • If it is necessary to cancel a service we would appreciate a 24 hour notice.
  • Late fees, at 2% interest, will begin to accrue 7 days after service has been completed.
  • A fee of $25. will be assessed on any and all returned checks.

 

 

          Liability

 

          Can Do! Concierge, Inc. will not be held liable for any damages that a third party incurs if a third           

          party:

  • damages clients property 
  •  is negligent in any way
  •  has access to Client's home while client is away and Can Do! Concierge, Inc. is not present. 
  •  Can Do Concierge, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any problem arising from any job performance, information or product provided to client by any  vendor referred by Can Do Concierge, Inc. and shall be held harmless in any situation where a vendor does not perform to their expectations.  

 

 

          Hours of Operation

  • Business office hours are 8:00a.m. – 6:00p.m., Monday – Friday.
  • Weekend, evening and holiday hours by request.
